The primary responsibilities of the Code Enforcement Office are enforcing the city codes and communicating with citizens. The Code Enforcement Officers issue building permits for new construction, remodel/additions, and accessory buildings, as well as, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing permits. The Code Enforcement Officers inspect all of the work by these trades within the city limits. The Code Enforcement Office also issues all Business License for the City of Beebe.
